Notice period
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This gives us a fair chance to offer the slot to another client.
Deposits
- A 30% non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings and will be deducted from your final treatment cost on the day.
- With at least 24 hours' notice, your deposit can be moved once to a new appointment time.
- Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, will result in your deposit being forfeited.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours)
- Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will result in your deposit being forfeited.
- This covers the time reserved for you that we are unable to fill at short notice.
No-shows
- A no-show is when you miss your appointment without any notice.
- No-shows will result in your deposit being forfeited and a new deposit will be required before rebooking.
- Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in future bookings being declined.
Arriving late
- Please arrive on time for your appointment.
- If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten or cancel your appointment and your deposit may be lost.
- If we are unable to carry out the full service because of late arrival, the treatment fee for the portion completed still applies.
Sickness & contagious conditions
- If you are unwell, have a contagious condition, or suspect a nail/skin infection, please contact us as soon as possible.
- We may ask to reschedule your appointment in the interest of safety and hygiene.
- We will always apply common sense and fairness where genuine illness is involved, but reserve the right to enforce our policy where appropriate.
Patch tests
- Some treatments require a patch test within a specified timeframe before your appointment.
- If a required patch test has not been carried out, we may be unable to perform the treatment, and our late cancellation / no-show terms may still apply.
