Looking after your appointment
A week of gentle care that keeps shape and tint at their crispest.
Whether you have had tint, lamination, threading, waxing or shaping, calm aftercare protects the skin and locks in the result. Read this as a quick refresher and message us with any questions.
First 24 hours
- Keep the brow area dry. Skip steam rooms, hot showers, and intense workouts.Follicles and freshly tinted skin need a settling period to seal the result.
- Avoid makeup, skincare, and SPF directly on the brows.Active ingredients can fade tint and unsettle laminated brow hairs in the first day.
Days 2 to 7
- Brush brows into shape every morning with a clean spoolie.Daily styling trains the hairs and keeps lamination crisp for longer.
- Apply a lash and brow conditioner each evening.Conditioner replaces the lipids softened by lamination and keeps hairs glossy.
- Pause exfoliants and retinoids around the brow area for one week. These ingredients accelerate tint fade and can irritate freshly-worked skin.
Care to take
- Sleep on your back for the first night if you have had lamination.A flat sleeping position lets the bond fully set into the new shape.
- Wear SPF on and around the brows once cleansing routines resume.UV is the main reason tint and pigment fade earlier than expected.
Get in touch if
- You notice persistent itching, swelling, or a rash near the brows or eyelids. These can indicate a reaction and need a professional review, sometimes alongside your GP.
- Hairs feel dry or brittle a week in.A quick in-studio conditioning treatment restores softness and shine.
